Lisa D. McRoberts is adjunct faculty in the Business Administration Department at Eastern CT State University. She is a consultant working in the areas of worker's compensation, health care, Pharmaceuticals, banking, public education, and various nonprofit organizations. Lisa has taught at all levels including middle school and high school. She has presented her ideas to various nonprofit groups and is currently working on her dissertation on the topic of "inclusion of nonprofit volunteers during organizational change." Her Ph.D. is in Organizational Management, a Masters degree in Organizational Management, and a BS in Psychology.
Lisa is a mother of two grown daughters, husband is a soon to be retired US Navy Submariner, two wonderful parents, and one brother. She lives, writes, teaches, works and gets bit by ticks in Connecticut!
